Visique offers free shipping and handling on all orders. Our goal is to have your order delivered within 7 to 14 business days (some remote locations may take longer).
We ship via Canada Post to ensure your order is delivered safely and directly to you. If your parcel is too large for a standard mailbox and no one can receive the parcel in person, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card with details on how to collect your order at your local post office.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your unused, unworn or manufacturer defective item with your original receipt for a full refund. Returns are accepted either at a Visique location or by contacting our Customer Service team. All returns will be issued for refund using the original method of payment.

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all contact lenses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your unopened and undamaged contact lens boxes for a full refund. - Up to 1 year after purchase and its expiration date
- Still valid for more than 1 year from date of return.
Please note: In light of COVID-19 we will not be able to offer frame adjustments until our clinics return to normal business hours. Your eyewear consultant will follow up with you to schedule an appointment. Returns will continue to be accepted starting 90 days from when your clinic fully re-opens and all non-essential services are restored. If your frame requires an adjustment, we will be happy to assist you upon the return to normal business operations.
