At Visique, we believe that every child has a right to unobstructed sight, regardless of their financial situation. You can help us help children simply by buying your child’s glasses at FYidoctors: we proudly contribute $5 from every pair of kids’ glasses purchased to the Better Sight. Better Grades. program. But if you know someone who might be in need, you can help even more by referring them to us.

We know we can help all children reach their full potential by ensuring they have proper vision, which is why FYidoctors created the Better Sight. Better Grades. program. With the help of schools, community organizations, and people like you, we identify children under 18 who may be having vision problems and who lack the means to afford proper care. We provide them with a comprehensive eye exam* and a custom pair of eyeglasses** absolutely free.

*Eye exams for children under the age of 18 performed by an optometrist are covered by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ). Children under the age of 18 also benefit from a reimbursement by the RAMQ of $250 following the purchase of eyeglasses and/or contact lenses every two years. Under this program, Visique will cover the difference if the cost of a pair of eyeglasses exceeds the amount covered by the RAMQ. Non-prescription sunglasses and contact lenses do not apply. Offer only valid with an eye exam. Complimentary eyewear is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. See in clinic for details.
